CEO & Chairman- RICHARD W. WOLFE
Richard W. Wolfe serves as the Company’s President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman. Mr. Wolfe is a health care administrator and attorney with over 30 years of experience in the health care field. Mr. Wolfe began his health care career in the mid-1970s with Beverly Enterprises, the nation’s largest long-term care company. While at Beverly Mr. Wolfe was primarily involved in operations, legal matters, labor relations and operational turn-around situations in various facilities. Between 1979 and 1984, Mr. Wolfe represented health care clients as a practicing attorney. During this time Mr. Wolfe represented numerous health care providers in such diverse areas as acquisitions, Medicare/Medicaid, certificate of need, labor relations and regulatory compliance. From 1984 to present, Mr. Wolfe has owned and managed nursing facilities and home health care agencies in privately held companies. Mr. Wolfe’s nursing facilities have received widespread recognition for superior patient care including the Sunrise Health and Rehabilitation Center located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida which was awarded “Best Nursing Home in South Florida” as part of the 10th Annual Florida Medical Business Awards
COO- KAREN FORRISTER
Karen Forrister is the Vice President/Chief Operating Officer. She has been in the health care field for 13 years. Before joining Subacute Services, Inc., Mrs. Forrister held the position of Regional Director (over Georgia and Tennessee) with Right Care, a long-term care management company based in Tupelo, Mississippi. During her tenure with Right Care, Mrs. Forrister also held the position of Corporate Quality Assurance Director for 20+ facilities encompassing five states. Mrs. Forrister attended the University of West Georgia where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Social Sciences. Since 2003, Mrs. Forrister has held the position of Magistrate Court Judge in Polk County, Georgia. Mrs. Forrister is a current member of the American Health Care Association, a certified Ombudsman Representative (resident advocacy program) and is an approved Preceptor by the Georgia Certification Board of Nursing Home Administrators.
CFO- DAVID K. LEMCKE
David K. Lemcke is Vice President/Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Lemcke
graduated from the University of Central Florida, with honors and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Lemcke
worked with Moore Stephens, Lovelace, Certified Public Accountants
for 8 years, where he served various health care, audit, and tax clients . Mr. Lemcke joined the
Company in 1994 as a controller and was subsequently promoted to Chief Accounting Officer in 1996 before being promoted to Chief
Financial Officer in 1998. Mr. Lemcke also heads the IT department,
which services the Company's eight offices. Mr. Lemcke is a
member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as
well as the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
